Description

This course covers the fundamentals of Enterprise Java Development, such as RMI, the use of Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs), including Stateful & Stateless session beans and CMP and BMP entity beans, transaction processing, security, and architectural & design considerations.

5 days of planned curriculum in an instructor-led, hands-on setting.

Audience
The course is designed for programmers who want to learn how to build and deploy EJBs in a variety of Application Servers, how to build both traditional- and web-based clients that interact with EJBs, and how best to architect distributed applications.

Prerequisites

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Java is required, and an understanding of Relational Database terminology or completion of Java Foundations and Java Web Development courses is a must.
