One of the privileges of being awarded the Microsoft MVP award is attending its annual Global Summit. The Global Summit is a 4-day event where Microsoft is able to acknowledge the MVPs for their deep technical expertise, knowledge, feedback, and voice in its product-development life cycle. It is a place where MVPs, Regional Directors, and special community influencer guests exchange information with Microsoft executives and product managers, share best practices, network, and have fun.
As a 2-time awardee of the MVP for C#, Michael has been invited to attend the MVP Global Summit 2007 in Seattle and Redmond, WA, this coming March 12 – 15. There, he will be joining thousands of other MVPs from over 70 countries and have the chance to meet more than 1,000 Microsoft senior executives and employees in a variety of specializations. This year, the Global Summit will kick off with a keynote address by Microsoft Founder, Chairman, and Chief Software Architect: Bill Gates!
